I am 46 and have tried viagra, levitra, and cialis, with some different results. Bottom line is neither of them really help. My doctor tested my testesterone level and it was normal. My cholesterol level is high (around 230) but the doctor says that is not high enough to be causing ED. My question is what are my other medical options? Are others in the same boat? Hi guys, im 18 yrs old and never had sex, or received oral, OR masturbated before. Now the reason i've never had sex or received oral before is because i've never masturbated. Wow, thank you all for your replies. I guess in the past, doctors and survivors were happy just to be rid of the cancer, the side effects of the surgery were not considered important. Today with improvements in surgical procedures and tracking, we (survivors) expect better results and less side effects. I'm so happy to be rid of the cancer, and regaining control of my bladder, I thank God every day for my life. I have a new out look on life, I'm getting in better physical shape daily, surfing, biking and exercising. With all these improvements since my surgery February 22, 2007 I want to be back to normal and it seems sexual function is going to be the last thing to return and I need to be patient. Based on the different strategies to regain sexual functioning some of you've tried, it seems the doctors aren't sure of the best way to get it back either. I try to get it up daily, hoping to get that feeling back, but so far nadda, sometimes it gets me down, so I talk about it with my wife and she's very loving and patient.
